Konstantin's Travel Tracker

For almost as long as I can remember, my life has spanned continents. I was born in Bulgaria, spent a year in Japan as a toddler, grew up in Cupertino, California, and attended university in Massachusetts — though I was hardly there. Today my immediate family is split between Bulgaria and California, with extended family spread across the United States and Europe.

One thing that stuck with me from Northeastern is the school's stated mission to make students feel just as at home in Beijing and Cairo as in Boston. I think they succeeded at that for me. During undergrad, I studied abroad at Peking University and the London School of Economics. Navigating faraway lands as a teenager shaped me into a global citizen. These days, I am just as passionate about revisiting my favorite places than finding new ones to love.
